The Turtle House, named by the owners’ son for his passion for catching turtles on Lake Maxinkuckee (catch and release of course!), is in a lovely shady setting on the south shore of the lake. Nestled among trees, this delightful cottage is the same level as the lake and just a few yards away. The view of the lake can be taken in from most rooms. Open concept with the most comfortable of furnishings. Three bedrooms and two full bathrooms.

This cottage is situated just behind Quaint Maxinkuckee Cottage (#13), and also available to rent. This cottage can accommodate 10 guests, with another 23 in the other cottage. Two living areas, with a large bedroom on the main level, with 3 bedrooms on the second level. A full bathroom on each floor. Rent one or both for your gatherings at the lake! This cottage also has pier and lake access a short walking distance across the yard.

This is the best of both worlds – the quaint original cottage combined with a modern addition on the East Shore of Lake Maxinkuckee. One bedroom and full bath on the main level in the original part, in addition to 2 bedrooms and another full bath on the second level. Two screened-in porches, patio and large side yard will give a group many places to hang-out and celebrate living on Lake Maxinkuckee.

Three bedrooms and a partitioned area on the lower level with 2 more single beds – right next to the fireplace!

This East Shore cottage in Culver, Indiana has plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms to comfortably accommodate a large family or group of vacationers. This is a popular rental so you need to make your plans quickly! Six bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, 2 half bathrooms with one bedroom on the main level. Little sandy beach just outside the cottage door, with a stream also running alongside this cottage. Oversized glass-in porch is a fabulous gathering place and also houses the dining areas. No air conditioning, but many feel its not necessary on the East Shore!

Attention to detail describes this cottage – beautifully decorated in a French Country theme. Wonderful screened porch across one side of the cottage. Slightly elevated, but shaded patio at lakeside allows you to put your feet up and enjoy the breeze off of Lake Max. Several more seating areas in the cottage. Large dining room can accommodate about 12 guests, with overflow in the kitchen. Master bedroom on the main level with attached full bathroom. Two more bedrooms and full bathroom in main cottage. Accommodations for about 9 guests in the coach house which also has a full bathroom.
